The Best Lighting for Crocheters
The best lighting for crocheting is a bright white light that simulates natural light. A lamp that can adjust in height so you can bring the light to your project and not your project to the light.
Are you Crocheting in poor lighting?
I don’t know about you, but when I work on a crochet project in poor lighting, my eyes get tired, and I don’t work on my project as long as I planned to. Sometimes, I get headaches from straining my eyes to see my stitches. I also sit in uncomfortable positions, which make my back hurt.
Why does this happen?
Poor lighting makes it difficult for the eyes to focus, which can cause short-term eye fatigue. Which, in turn, causes your eyes to burn, be sore and watery, and can lead to headaches. No fun!
