1: Start with foundation chain. Yarn over and insert your hook in the 3rd chain from the hook. Yarn over and pull yarn through the chain. You’ll have 3 loops on your hook.

2: Yarn over and insert hook into the 4th chain from the hook. Yarn over and pull yarn through the chain. You’ll have 5 loops on the hook now.

Start by making a foundation chain. Multiple: Any number, plus 2 for the turning chain.
