Materials

Pattern Key

  • ch: Chain
  • hdc: Half Double Crochet

Measurements

  • Width 4” Length 60”
  • Gauge: 15 stitches & 11 rows =
    4”x 4” square

Experience Level

  • Beginner

Pattern Instructions

Ch 17
1. hdc in 3rd ch from hook, hdc in each chain to end (15)

2. ch2 (doesn’t count as first stitch), turn work, hdc in each stitch across to end (15)

3-155. Repeat Row 2 until your scarf reaches 5.5′ to 6′ long
Fast off and weave in ends.

Cut three or more 10” pieces of yarn

Line up the edges and fold fringe pieces in half

Insert your hook from the wrong side to the right side and pull hoop through stitch

Insert the tail end of the fringe through the loop

Give the tail pieces a tug to tighten the knot to your project

Continue adding fringe with even spacing.
